To post a job on UnitedPool, simply sign up for an employer account and follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the dashboard. You can create and customize your job listing, including details such as job title, description, requirements, and application instructions. Employers have the option to post a free job for 15 days, feature jobs, or select one of our job packages for extended exposure and additional benefits.

Employers have the option to pay for job postings on UnitedPool using either credit card or bank transfer. When you select a job posting option or package, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process. Regardless of the payment method chosen, you will receive an invoice for your transaction, ensuring transparency and record-keeping for your organization.

Yes, you have the option to direct candidates to apply directly on your Careers Site. When posting a job on UnitedPool, you can choose the “External” option, which allows you to input the URL of your Careers Site where candidates can apply. Alternatively, you can select the “Internal” option to utilize UnitedPool’s ATS for managing applications within our platform.
